Plumbing Plus

Plumbing Plus came in clutch. I had a water heater that failed and had three local plumbers let me down by either no showing or incorrectly scheduling me resulting in more than a weeks wait. I called Plumbing Plus and spoke with Paul who was transparent about their schedule but was willing to be flexible due to the high priority nature of the job. I was able to have my problem fixed much sooner than anticipated. Paul and his crew were great to work with, they were very clear on expectations regarding price and timeline and I will absolutely be returning for more business. A very trustworthy company who has been around 40+ years for a reason.

We had Rodney come out, as we had a few leaks under the kitchen sink. He did a fantastic job. Great guy. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to not only fix the issue quickly, but found the reason why our hot water had such low pressure in the kitchen. He knows how to explain the issue in a way that is easy to understand,. We are looking at some future work we might want to get done around gas lines, and he was able to recommend the best ways to do it, so that it follows the city codes and tell us what else Plumbing Plus can do. The owner is also great and was extremely helpful. I have no doubt that we will be calling on their services again. Thanks for the professional work!!!

We called Plumbing Plus to check out a leaky water heater. They came to check it out. They advised that we needed a new water heater and we paid for it. First, they brought the wrong size and then had to go back and get a different size, prolonging the project. When we sill had leaking water a week later, we found out the water in our crawl space was never due to a faulty water heater, it was due to a damaged water pump. I was angry enough to be pressured into a purchase of a water heater I didn't need, but then they charged us $100 to come and verify the work they did. Not happy. Will never use again. Will recommend NOT to use them. When my husband called to dispute, he could only negotiate to half price of the service charge. If they won't even come out to review the work, how can I believe they will follow through on any warranty?

I have used Plumbing Plus for 3 years. I've used them for my rental properties and for my own home. They're honest, punctual, efficient (i.e. they can find the REAL problem and fix it the first time), and professional. Both the office staff and field plumbers are awesome. I've had only 5 occasions to use them, but every experience has been easy. I wouldn't call any one else for my plumbing needs and have recommended them to all my friends and family. We hired someone to come and help install our tub and they did everything incorrectly. The plumber was in such a rush, they did not even say goodbye. When it came time for us to start tiling, we had to re-do everything we hired the plumber to do such as re-centering the tub, buying a new drain (we needed stainless steel and they bought chrome), not putting the valves on correctly, and not making sure the tub would drain correctly. When we called to adjust the bill, they only said they would take off the first half hour price, which is $40. I do not recommend this business.

Great experience with Plumbing Plus! I have an old house, and the water pressure had dropped significantly after the city had turned off the water for repairs to their lines. Paul the technician took time to figure out that my regulator was clogged and also the pressure valve needed to be adjusted. Now I have great water pressure again, and I wasn’t charged for unnecessary repairs. Thank You Paul!!! and thank you Plumbing Plus!!!

I live in an old, old house, so the plumbing is “interesting”, to say the least. In the past I’ve had plumbers who have had no idea how to deal with some of the issues. Well last week I decided to try plumbers plus based on a friend’s recommendation and they dealt with an ongoing problem in a professional and low-cost way. Daniel came out twice to make sure everything was properly done and now for the first time in 20 years everything this house is running perfectly plumbing-wise. I could not be happier with Daniel’s work and the professionalism at Plumbing Plus. Highly recommended.

I have had Paul V do simple and very major repairs and installation for both our businesses and residences. Always fair and honest. I don't look for cheap when I have my plumbing done. I look for fair pricing, quality parts and and quality work. He and his technicians provide excellent value. I will continue to use.
